Our approach

We keep billing simple and transparent. Whether you use insurance or prefer straightforward self-pay pricing, our goal is the same: high-quality chiropractic care without surprise bills. We welcome everyone• Patients with or without insurance• Medicare beneficiaries (we are a non-participating Medicare provider)• Workers’ Compensation cases• Auto injury / Personal Injury cases (including Med-Pay and attorney liens)• Health savings accounts: HSA/FSA cards accepted

Commercial insurance (out-of-network)

We are out-of-network with commercial plans. In practice, that often saves patients money versus high deductibles and copays.

How it works here

• You pay at the visit (our fees are often less than a typical deductible/copay).

• We provide courtesy billing: we submit a claim to your plan (or give you a superbill) so your plan can reimburse you directly if your policy allows.

• We don’t take assignment of benefits with commercial plans, so checks from your plan go to you.

Medicare (non-participating provider)

We gladly see Medicare patients.

What Medicare covers

Medicare covers chiropractic spinal manipulation for an active condition when medically necessary. Medicare does not cover examinations, decompression/traction, manual therapy, exercise therapy, or other adjunct services.Payment flow (our default)

• You pay at the visit.• We submit the claim to Medicare for you.• Medicare typically reimburses 80% of the allowed amount (after the Part B deductible) directly to you.If you prefer less upfront cost

On request, we can accept assignment for a given visit so Medicare pays the clinic and you pay only your coinsurance/deductible that day.

Workers’ Compensation

We work directly with your employer’s carrier.

Bring: claim number, date of injury, adjuster name/phone, employer details.

Billing: we accept assignment and bill the carrier; for covered care, there’s no payment due at the visit.

Auto accidents & Personal Injury (Med-Pay / Liability)

We routinely handle auto insurance and third-party liability cases.

Bring: claim number, policy details/Med-Pay, adjuster contact, date/state of accident, and (if applicable) attorney information.

Billing: we accept assignment and bill the insurer. We also honor attorney liens (letters of protection).

Transparent, affordable pricing

Many patients find our self-pay fees are lower than what they’d spend using insurance after deductibles and copays. Ask us for current fees; we’ll review costs before care so you can choose the best path for your budget and benefits.

How courtesy billing works (simple steps)

Reimbursement isn’t guaranteed; benefits and deductibles vary by plan. We’ll help with the paperwork so you have the best chance of getting reimbursed.

#1. You pay the clinic at checkout.

#1. We submit a claim to your health plan (or give you an itemized receipt).

#3. Your plan processes the claim based on your benefits.

#4. If your plan covers any amount, they reimburse you directly.
